Job Description

AECOM is seeking a District Quality Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia. 

The District Quality Specialist will assist the Quality Manager with ensuring that the TM Operations SOP, SOG, and Manuals are being followed; that the quality process of the PMP is being followed; that all data entered into the ATMS and posted on the Sllga.org website is timely and accurate; and collect and report on operational performance metrics. 
The DQS shall perform, at a minimum, the following duties: 

  • Collect performance data and prepare performance reports;
  • Ensure that the appropriate levels of training are being developed and delivered;
  • Ensure that the TM Operations SOP, SOG, and Manuals are being followed;
  • Ensure that the ATMS software is being used properly to accurately capture event details;
  • Identify and provide assistance to resolve discrepancies between the DOC Operator actions and the TM Operations SOP, SOG, and Manuals;
  • Review and analyze ATMS event reports, including post-event reports for EOC events;
  • Provide data interpretation and analytics to develop DOC operational statistics;
  • Ensure that Customer calls to the DOC and through the 511ga system are responded to in a professional, courteous and factual manner;
  • Ensure that the quality process, documented in the PMP, is followed for all documents and reports created under this contract
  • Perform transportation management operations, incident management, travel information dissemination, and customer service tasks, not explicitly identified, that fall within the scope of the project.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

  • High School Diploma + 4 years or relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening 
  • Physically able, with or without an accommodation, to work in an office environment. Position requires often performing keyboard/mouse operations and standing or sitting for long periods of time; Occasionally standing/walking; rarely climbing stairs
  • Position may include wearing a dispatch headset, viewing CCTV camera displays, and listening to law enforcement radio broadcasts

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective oral and written communications skills
  • Flexible schedule (relates to a 24/7/365 operation)
