DISTINGUISHED ENGINEER FOR TEST AND EVALUATION

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with major hull, mechanical, and electrical test sites (design, outfitting, test operations, etc.) TQ 2. Clear experience transitioning technology to the Fleet by partnering with S&T and R&D organizations and testing in relevant environments.
