Role Overview:

In this role, you will oversee a team of proficient technicians tasked with the maintenance and servicing of our dispensing systems. Your responsibilities will encompass orchestrating collaborative efforts within the team, effectively managing resources, and ensuring the punctual delivery of top-notch service results. You will also lead a dynamic group of professionals in planning, executing, and concluding projects successfully. This role demands robust leadership acumen, technical proficiency, adept organizational skills, and a customer-centric orientation.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Dispenser Service Technicians to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide guidance on technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Project Planning and Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular quality checks on service delivery to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
• Implement corrective actions and provide additional training as needed.

Dispenser Service Technician Interaction:

• Act as a primary point of contact for the DST’s, addressing inquiries, providing updates on service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upcoming service requirements.

Technical Support and Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance to the team on complex issues, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
• Stay updated on dispenser technologies and industry best practices.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for timely repairs and maintenance.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously assess and refine service processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall service quality.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and other relevant records.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of field experience
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in dispenser field operations or a similar technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge of dispenser technologies and related equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Troubleshooting and identifying root cause.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and D365; fluent in Office 365
