Position Summary
This position is responsible for understanding and translating the needs of Strategic Customers to fulfil or exceed the customer’s expectations.

 

Functions & Duties
•    Strategy
•    Responsible for a determined number of strategic corporate customers as defined by Deputy CCO and acts as the lead and coordinator of the synchronized sales activities    
•    Responsibilities
•    Identifying the decision making and organizational layers of the strategic customers
•    Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts within the customer’s organization and identify business opportunities for CMA and cross sell with CEVA 
•    Create and manage the network of sales resources around the strategic customers 
•    Act as primary lead, major interface and coordinator for all services and solutions across all business fields (ocean, VAS, cross sell)
•    Ensuring CCA development and growth of business
•    Monitor the implementation of any contracts, if required
•    Conduct regular review meetings, as required
•    Liaise with all involved CMA entities 
•    Maintain close communication with customer and CMA’s operation units to assure uniform understanding of customer’s expectations related to operational solutions, timelines, cost and results and direct operational issues to the CMA entities
•    Coordinate tenders and bids to major potential customers
•    Coordinate customer requirements regarding QSHE and compliancy to the respective CMA Function for solutions    
•    Financial
•    Monitor profitability of a strategic customer on CT basis, and secure growth of revenue and volume
•    Coordinate timely payments (accounts receivables)    
•    Communication
•    Status reporting to customers
•    Provide monthly internal reporting on each customer    

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities 
•    Strong solution design knowledge and business development mind 
•    International sales- and product management experiences for at least 6 - 8 years
•    Proven sales track records 
•    Strong negotiations skills and experience with contracts and legal interfacing. 
•    Evidence of strong performance in Competencies (Strategic): Leadership, Commercial Acumen, Customer Orientation, Teamwork, Analysis and Judgement
