In this role, you will lead a dedicated, high-performing team of 6–7 Value Engineers operating at the intersection of process transformation, executive consulting, and AI-driven product execution, driving the end-to-end customer value journey and accelerating enterprise AI adoption across major retail and consumer goods brands.</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as a player-coach, actively guiding, coaching, and developing a talented, high-potential team with diverse backgrounds spanning supply chain, procurement, management consulting, and retail operations.
