The MarketPoint organization is focused on driving transformational change to our Insurance sales organization through our people across our process and technology capabilities. Over 4,000 associates are dedicated to growing Humana’s 8.9M members through our world-class distribution model, in partnership with key external brokers and across multiple sales channels.

Humana is currently seeking our next Director, Transformation who will be responsible for overseeing the operational transformation for MarketPoint which includes automation, innovation, productivity and efficiency. This position will also oversee the strategy development for new capabilities; including new ways of thinking, working and execution, as well as service design, and adoption. This leader will have responsibility for continuous improvement; driving efficiency for the sales organization through productivity and collaboration solutions. The Director, Transformation will work with business partners and senior management across the enterprise, to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions that support MarketPoint’s business goals and objectives. This role will be an ambassador for MarketPoint; working across the enterprise to identify new emerging technology and opportunities like AI. This leader will act as a spokesperson to represent and showcase our efforts more broadly. This individual will be responsible for creating the foundations and processes that transform and optimize our distribution strategy

  • Provide goals, reviews, ongoing coaching and leadership, functional mentorship, effective resource management, and support for critical problem-solving across MarketPoint
  • Assist senior leadership of MarketPoint with the development and execution of Transformation strategy and roadmap that supports business goals and objectives
  • Lead productivity, continuous improvement, configuration, user adoption, and efficiency initiatives for MarketPoint
  • Identify automation, innovation, productivity, and efficiency initiatives for MarketPoint
  • Develop and present formal business cases and ROI analysis to support Digital First Strategy – including: new ways of thinking, working and execution
  • Assess existing configurations and processes, to develop and implement best practices that improve operating efficiency and/or reduce costs on a frequent basis.
  • Identify new and emerging technology.
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement solutions.
  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPI) that drive business decisions.
  • Support the collection of business requirements to ensure implemented solutions meet organizational business goals and objectives.
  • Manage, prioritize, and/or escalate technical service/procurement requests, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Manage enterprise communication regarding MarketPoint Transformation.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology, providing recommendations for adoption/procurement.
  • Represent MarketPoint across the enterprise to ensure that our efforts are broadly recognized.
  • Complete other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 or more years of experience in end-to-end processes in process improvement and consumer experiences
  • 3 or more years of experience leading teams
  • 3 or more years of presenting/communicating with Senior Level Leadership
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualification

  • MBA or other advanced Degree
