How You’ll help us connect the world?

 

This leader will drive technical marketing and solutions engineering for enterprise networking solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic vision to develop compelling content, conduct competitive analysis, and support go-to-market strategies.

 

 Responsibilities:

 

•  Strategy – Develop and execute technical marketing plans aligned with business goals.
•  Content Creation – Craft high-impact technical content, translating features into business benefits.
•  Competitive Analysis – Identify market differentiators through in-depth competitor assessments.
• Sales & Partner Enablement – Deliver training, workshops, and technical materials for sales and partner teams.
•  Solution Engineering – Build technical demos, documents, and presentations with technology partners.
•  Product Evangelism – Represent the company at events, conferences, and webinars as a technical expert.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align marketing strategies with product teams and GTM plans.
•  Customer Advocacy – Gather insights, develop case studies, and influence product development.
• SME & Technical Thought Leadership – Author blogs, participate in podcasts, and engage in technical discussions.
•  Product Launch Support – Lead technical aspects of product launches, ensuring successful execution.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or CE (advanced degrees a plus) 15+ years of experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, or pre-sales engineering and  proven leadership in building and motivating high-performing technical teams.

 Deep expertise in:

• AI/ML & AIOps for modern networking.
• Campus networking, Wi-Fi, RF, switching, cloud networking, and security.
• Network design, analytics, and automation tools.
• IoT & scripting for enhanced connectivity.
   Hands-on experience with networking test tools (Wireshark, Chariot, etc.).
  A passion for creating technical content – from detailed documentation to impactful presentations.
  open to 30% travel to engage with customers, partners, and industry leaders worldwide.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00 - $220,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
