We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our global recruitment efforts, with a focus on the U.S. and India markets. This role will be responsible for leading an already world-class recruitment function, aligning hiring strategies with business goals, and ensuring we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent across technical, clinical, and business teams.

To be qualified for this position you:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of recruiting across the U.S. and India in high-growth SaaS or Technology environments.
- Deep understanding of U.S. and Indian labor markets, employment laws, and recruiting practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage distributed teams.
- Experience managing ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field a plus.

- Talent Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership, HRBPs, and department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive proactive talent planning. Design and execute a scalable global talent acquisition strategy that supports aggressive hiring needs in the U.S. and India.
- Team Leadership: The team is everything – by leading them well and growing them in their career, all other aspects from strategy to operations will flow flawlessly. Leading, mentoring, and growing this high-performing talent acquisition team across geographies is a must.
- Talent Identification & Excellence: Act as a strategic talent advisor, maintaining an uncompromising focus on quality by ensuring the most qualified, mission and culture-aligned candidates with long-term potential are identified.
- Recruitment Operations: Strong operational instincts – able to anticipate organizational needs and plan proactively – balancing immediate response to roadblocks or issues with long-term processes.
- Candidate experience: Our candidates are very important to us, we’ll need you to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Culture & Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and leadership to develop and amplify our employer brand in both regions, leveraging social media, job platforms, and industry events.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and technology platforms in both countries.
- Data & Reporting: Utilize analytics and KPIs to drive decision-making, measure success, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
