THE POSITION

We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to help us scale, streamline and sharpen how we hire. In this role, you’ll lead the team responsible for the systems, tools and processes that power our recruiting engine – from data and reporting to vendor partnerships and hiring manager training. You’ll work closely with recruiters and leaders across the business to improve how we work, drive adoption of new technology, and ensure we’re delivering a fast, effective and positive hiring experience.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring managers to create a seamless, efficient hiring experience
- Lead a high-performing Recruitment Operations team within the TA organization consisting of ~10 recruitment coordinators and associates
- Enhance recruitment optimization by finding opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition systems, workflows, and processes with the use of tools and technology (including artificial intelligence (AI))
- Manage key recruiting projects from concept through to execution; prioritize and set expectations on activities
- Effectively lead and coordinate change initiatives and change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and/or technologies
- Oversee key TA Operations processes & policies, such as employee referrals and background checks
- Proactively plan and lead critical projects for the TA team, while identifying and reporting on key milestones
- Own relationships with key TA vendors like LinkedIn, Gem, Checkr, and other third-party TA partners and vendors, ensuring value, performance and contract compliance
- Produce and maintain operational documents including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and statements of work for the Recruiting function

- Experience leading a TA Operations team with a specialized focus on process improvement, systems, tools, and project management
- Demonstrated success as a people leader with a strong focus on providing clarity, leading with empathy and coaching for growth
- Passion for data and metrics, with an ability to interpret data in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and strategic decision-making
- Proven experience working with and implementing tools and technology to improve and optimize Talent Acquisition ways of working and processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and workstreams at once
- Experience partnering collaboratively with peers, colleagues and business leaders in a global setting
- Experience in building comprehensive project plans, forming project-based teams, and driving projects to completion while developing and reporting on key milestones
- Experience with program and vendor management and contract negotiation
- Experience taking end-to-end ownership of projects and programs while driving results with a strong sense of efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong track record of leading end-to-end projects independently – including: planning, kick off, work coordination, proposal, implementation and handover
