What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of HR Shared Services, ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of core HR functions with a strong focus on stakeholder and employee satisfaction.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service quality, reduce costs, and optimize workflows—ensuring a scalable, high-impact shared services model.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and adherence to all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies.
- Lead, develop, and inspire the HR Shared Services team to deliver operational excellence while fostering a culture rooted in accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and operational anchor.
- Own and manage the Shared Services budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
- Establish and track key performance indicators, delivering insights and reports that inform HR strategy and highlight areas for continuous improvement.
- Champion a high-touch, responsive service model for employees and HR partners alike, continuously assessing service satisfaction and areas for enhancement.
- Introduce and scale systems, tools, and infrastructure that build organizational capacity in areas such as change management, org effectiveness, and HR operations.
- In close partnership with the CHRO, co-design and execute the annual HR strategy, aligning service delivery with enterprise goals and evolving business needs.
- Provide leadership coaching and development to HR managers, ensuring alignment with best practices, consistency in execution, and long-term career growth.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and strategies to evolve the HR service delivery model and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Act as a key thought partner in organizational planning, leveraging HR metrics and insights to shape data-informed decisions and long-term people strategies.
- Take on additional strategic projects or leadership tasks as requested by HR or enterprise leadership.
What You'll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
- Demonstrated success in building and executing enterprise HR strategies within a Shared Services environment
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong project management, change management, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and HR regulatory requirements, particularly within a Shared Services or centralized operations model
- Prior experience in HR transformation initiatives, including process reengineering and technology adoption to improve service delivery and employee experience
