  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for the largest strategic customers, developing strategic plans that align practice goals with the economic and operational success of SP&P contracts.

  • Lead the monthly Pharmacy Directors Advisory Committee focused on multisource drugs.

  • Monitor and analyze outside purchasing of generic products within the US Oncology Network; conduct root cause analysis and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Represent SP&P at P&T committees, National Pharmacy Board (NPB) meetings, customer conferences, and QBRs, articulating the multisource value proposition and program value.

  • Support onboarding and transition activities for new customers joining McKesson and the US Oncology Network.

  • Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives to improve value, innovate offerings, streamline processes, and enhance the member experience.

  • Develop, educate, and coach both new and tenured sales teams on the SP&P market landscape, dynamics, and value proposition.

  • Present SP&P strategies, market insights, and performance updates to senior leadership.
