Come join the Digital Technology IT PMO team and work with a talented group of Program Managers and Scrum Masters leading ServiceNow transformation programs. This team is responsible for driving, through best-in-class program management, enterprise initiatives that enable ServiceNow Sales, Marketing, Services and Channel businesses with advanced technology and analytics. As a member of the DT PMO team, you will be instrumental in delivering some of the most innovative and cutting-edge technologies, products to market. This position reports to the VP, DBSx - Portfolio Management Office
Key responsibilities
• Strategic alignment
- Ensure all projects and programs align with and support the company's overall mission and long-term business goals.
• Portfolio governance
- Guide the process for evaluating, prioritizing, and approving new initiatives, and maintain the overall portfolio roadmap.
• Financial and resource management
- Oversee capital planning, budget allocation, and resource management to ensure investments deliver maximum business value and ROI.
• Process and methodology development
- Establish and maintain standard project management methodologies, governance structures, and best practices across the organization
• Performance monitoring
- Track and report on portfolio performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other metrics to guide data-enabled outcomes for the executive team
• Risk and change management
- Manage and escalate portfolio-level risks and obstacles that could impact strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder management
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives, providing guidance on investments and reporting on portfolio status, risks, and issues.
• Team administration
- Direct, mentor, and develop the PMO team, including project and portfolio owners, to build organizational capability.
Qualifications
Required skills and experience
- 15 years of Project/Program management experience, including work in and PMO setting
- Project/Program experience in a large (ideally global) Enterprise Tech or Global Enterprise setting
- Proven experience guiding teams and influencing stakeholders at an executive level.
- Deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
