Summary

Leads and provides program and product management leadership in support of new and existing business opportunities, pricing strategies and financing solutions for multiple products and product lines. Oversees product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle for complex engagements. Leads the exploration of product capabilities with team and other senior technical experts to determine product fit within the context of integrated technology solutions. Establishes and manages the standards and guidelines that encourage modularization and reuse; manages and conducts technical product reviews and provides troubleshooting support.

 

Your role in our mission

  • Leads the development of new product ideas and the enhancement of existing products.
  • Works with cross-product and functional leadership teams to align on innovation related priorities and owns roadmap development for innovation initiatives
  • Owns the end-to-end delivery and success of a set of innovation initiatives
  • Establishes and implements short- and long-term strategies to deliver services to customers within reasonable schedules and budgets.
  • Establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.
  • Supports build vs. partner decisions, conducts vendor evaluations and supports vendor negotiations
  • Contributes to the governance of Gainwell’s enterprise-wide AI agenda
  • Tracks market trends and competitive offerings and the competitive landscape. Interfaces with customers and sales organization to drive product direction and ensure capabilities meet market needs and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.
  • Defines and drives new innovation areas such as growth vectors for the organization and contributes to other strategic initiatives
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fifteen or more years of experience in program management, consulting or product management. 
  • Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included
  • Project management Certification (PMP) preferred

 

What you should expect in this role

  • This opportunity is 100% remote with the opportunity to travel up to 15% annually.

The pay range for this position is $116,600.00 - $166,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
