Director, Product Program Management

We are looking for a Director, Program Management to join our Product and Business Operations team in Santa Clara, CA, reporting to the Vice President of Product and Business Operations. In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs for our product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and on-time delivery. You will work with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations teams, driving collaboration and removing roadblocks to success. What you’ll do:

• Lead program management for key product launches and initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget 
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, and risk management plans 
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations 
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies 
• Drive program reviews and executive reporting 
• Develop and implement program management best practices 
• Manage resource allocation and program budgets 
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture   

What you’ll bring:

• 20+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
• Experience in managing large-scale product initiatives, preferably in networking or cybersecurity 
• Solid technical acumen and experience working with engineering and product teams 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results 
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

• Successfully lead multiple product launches and initiatives from conception to delivery 
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and establish program management best practices 
• Have a complete understanding of Infoblox products and solutions 
• Gain expertise in the Infoblox product development lifecycle

• Drive continuous improvement in program execution 
• Influence product strategy through data-driven insights

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $175,800 - $270,710 plus corporate bonus potential.
