Description
The Content Experience (CX) group is responsible for the authoring and maintenance of world-class product knowledge information for Salesforce’s suite of products. From help topics to API references to Trailhead courses, over 400 CX creators whip up the best product content in the industry, and they need world-class technical infrastructure to match, in order to deliver hundreds of thousands of assets multiple times a year.

This cross-functional role works with teams from all across the CX org, including content strategy & design, information architecture, technical writers, and their managers. You need to have a deep understanding of the challenges technical writers face in this new era of AI productivity, combined with a strong desire to improve and enhance writer efficiency. You will need to be an A-plus-pro-level communicator, switch between strategic and tactical thinking, and lead with (com)passion.
