Position Summary:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200k - $270k + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position requiring one to two days per week working from the Palo Alto, CA office.
What You'll Do:
Lead your team to scale people operations and build company-wide people programs
- Develop innovative programs that scale people operations and help fuel EarnIn’s growth, both within the U.S. and internationally
- Oversee and develop plans for large-scale, company-wide People Programs to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of critical projects
- Create and maintain initiatives to raise the performance bar and develop a high-performing organization
- Build programs to help create an impactful environment where our people can do their best work and be their highest authentic selves for the benefit of our customers
- Grow and nurture your team in an environment where they can deliver on our goals
- Serve as a role model of EarnIn’s Values
- Play an influential leadership role across the entire People Experience Team (PxT)
- Be both a strategic and hands-on partner who is comfortable leading annual strategy as well as troubleshooting process issues against deadlines
- Lead overall global operations strategy and build an agile team culture through process, systems, and structure
Transform People Technology at EarnIn
- Contribute program leadership expertise to deliver on EarnIn’s overall HRIS strategy including implementation of new system (HiBob/ADP), governance of all PxT systems, and stakeholder activities
- Leverage technology, automation, process improvements and influence across all functions at EarnIn to improve People programs
- Partner with IT, Security, Finance and Legal to manage all PxT compliance-related initiatives including state and federal government reporting and training in accordance with current employment law
- Develop and implement HR policies, manage Form I-9s, benefits-related reporting, and update employee handbook
- Build manager capability through self-service technology
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience), Master’s degree is preferred
- 10+ years progressive experience in people-related roles
- 3+ years preferred leading People Teams
- Experience in managing People Systems is preferred
- Broad knowledge and understanding of people processes and systems, culture and organization development, recruitment, total rewards/compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Experience with reporting plans and progress to executive leadership
- Ability to think strategically, manage change and understand the business context in supporting the company in achieving its goals.
- Experience improving People processes and scaling programs
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, People, and Leadership teams to drive change management of programs/projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
