Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) in Lawton, Oklahoma is looking for a Director of Program Evaluation to ensure high-quality care throughout the hospital. This position's primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with accreditation bodies such as the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), as well as facility policies and procedures. It also conducts personnel training and reviews, as well as maintains facility policies. Supervises medical records, clinical compliance, and risk management workers, and may provide administrative oversight and guidance to other departments. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, organized, and thrive in a complex, multifaceted environment and can seamlessly integrate various project elements to achieve facility goals.

- Master’s degree and three years of professional experience, a bachelor’s degree and four years of professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of professional level experience for each year of the required education.
