About The Job

In this role, you will be a key part of the Global Partner Team, leading the Global Partner Program for Rubrik. In this role, you help build the strategy and run the execution of Rubrik’s Velocity Partner Program, collaborate with the partner sales and leadership teams to drive and manage key initiatives, helping Rubrik scale and meet its growth goals.  You will also represent that partner team in bringing key initiatives to market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Velocity Partner Program, development of its evolving partner program benefits and incentives, and own partner governance and program integrity. Help Rubrik evolve the Program and keep pace with the Company’s rapid evolution as the data security leader. This is a program that addresses Rubrik’s entire partner eco-system of resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, alliances and marketplace partners.
  • Create, refine and manage supporting partner programs that feed into the Velocity Program, ensuring they align with expected outcomes and strategic goals, working closely with channel partners, Rubrik finance, product, and global sales teams. This includes partner specializations, deal registration, NFR programs and others as necessary.
  • Lead and drive key program and channel initiatives for the Global Partner Program office. This could include working with channel sales to develop and structure program MOUs, creating new rebate programs, working with the channel teams to manage and govern the focus / non-focus partner program and its supporting GTM efforts.
  • Work closely with partner sales and partner SE leadership as well as Rubrik enablement teams to create partner enablement and training path requirements that support the Velocity Partner Program.
  • Drive cross-functional leadership and program-manage key cross-functional initiatives, including working with marketing to evolve our partner portal and partner tools and launching and landing new products and channel promotions in the channel
  • Secure cross-functional alignment with stakeholders on key programs
  • Deliver findings and recommendations on the performance of program outcomes against targets.
  • Develop financial business case models to justify proposed incentives & ongoing success measurement
  • Work in conjunction with Sr Director of the Partner Program Office to identify areas of improvement / address issues
  • Define operational processes required to support the implementation and ongoing management of programs
  • Develop program core messaging including value proposition for the partner and Rubrik channel and partner teams
  • Create program materials including guides, policies, and infographics
  • Study/Build discount proper structure program
  • Work with program operations to manage partner compliance

Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel programs/sales programs in a hands-on development & execution capacity
  • Experience with the creation of financial business cases, operations, and messaging
  • Cross-functional experience with sales, field marketing, enablement
  • Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
  • Organized, able to multi-task and lead multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • You possess business insight, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Able to speak in front of senior audiences as well as write clearly, concisely, and compellingly and create channel content and value proposition for a variety of user groups
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management
  • Knowledge in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), PRM Systems (partner portals such as Impartner), and experience developing business requirements needed to build new tools and improve existing ones
  • Ability to set goals and drive to successful completion. You take responsibility for actions/outcomes and you are accountable for successes and failures.
  • Experience with change management

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Communications; MBA/graduate degree a plus

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; this role is also eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company’s written Incentive Compensation Plan.
