WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

Operational Leadership & Strategy Execution

  • Partner with executive leadership to translate firm strategy into operational plans, systems, and processes.

  • Serve as a thought partner to practice and functional leaders to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the firm.

  • Identify operational risks and opportunities, proactively implementing solutions that support growth and performance.

Consulting Operations & Delivery Support

  • Oversee operational workflows that support consulting delivery, including project setup, resource coordination, and internal handoffs.

  • Partner with practice leaders to improve utilization, capacity planning, and delivery consistency.

  • Establish and monitor key operational metrics to ensure high-quality execution and client outcomes.

    Process Improvement & Scalability

    • Assess existing systems and workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes.

    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational infrastructure to support firm growth.

    • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams.

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

        • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related field required; advanced degree a plus.

        • Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in operations, consulting operations, or professional services environments.

        • Proven experience leading operational strategy and execution within a consulting, professional services, or mission-driven organization.

        • Strong financial acumen with experience partnering closely with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.

        • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency.

        • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders.
