Supervise the Admissions Office
Clearly communicate purpose, expectations, and directions to the Admissions team. Ensure that Admissions Counselors are consistently contacting and evaluating each applicant. Coordinate planning initiatives to develop, coach, and motivate employees to assist applicants from their first contact to final acceptance. Work with team members, event directors, and other departments to improve procedures, customer experiences, and events.
Oversee Office Performance
Confidently supervise the Assistant Director and the counselors. Competently supervise admissions-related tasks during check-in events. Accurately follow-up and confirm that goals are met.
Direct International Student Communications
Serve as Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) in communication with the Student & Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). Ensure that international students are maintaining status with SEVIS and USCIS.
Oversee Coaching and Training
Effectively promote ministry spirit, team growth, and individual ownership for the Assistant Director and the counselors. Efficiently offer coaching to team members and provide feedback on performance. Competently oversee the training of the counselors. Maintain training curriculum.

Required Education:
PCC degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Work Experience
Required Experience:
1+ years in customer service, 1+ years in PCC Admissions, Promotions, or Proclaim Preferred Experience: 1+ years in management, 2+ years in an office

Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time, Communication, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Relationships, Microsoft Office, Operating Office Equipment, Organizing, PCC Graduate, Sitting for long periods of time, Stamina to perform typical office functions
