This position provides the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and lead transformation in a large global organization.  Coca-Cola’s Global Marketing Technologies organization collaborates with our Digital Marketing partners and agencies around the globe to deliver data driven, world-class experiences for our consumers utilizing a best-in-class technology stack.    

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy and building marketing product capabilities that enable our marketing teams to engage with consumers around the world. 

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly organized, data-driven, strategic thinker that is meticulous in detail as well as passionate, and curious with a foundation of hands-on technical experience.  As a technology leader, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap to build and continuously enhance marketing technology platforms that create engaging experiences for our consumers as The Coca-Cola company continues its journey as a world leader in marketing.   

 

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Coca-Cola’s marketing technology products 

  • Coordinate with teams around the world to deliver technology capabilities that provide consumers with innovative and engaging experiences 

  • Lead Agile (Scrum) Software Development Methodology and DevOps routines 

  • Provide technical expertise in consumer identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance requirements   

  • Lead regional teams in developing, testing, and deploying marketing technology capabilities 

  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze issues quickly 

  • Own product backlogs for dedicated engineering teams.  Write user stories, groom backlog and own prioritization on behalf of our digital marketing partners 

  • Manage and provide technical guidance to Internal Teams and External Partners (onshore and offshore).     

  • Analyze issues and performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes   

 

 

 

Education:   

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or other related field of study.   

   

Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years of experience in technology solution delivery with at least 4 years of experience in marketing technologies, focusing on custom software development, data & integrations with practical implementation, and ideally with hands-on technical experience.  Experience with marketing technologies and CRM including Consumer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Consumer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) is strongly preferred.    

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a demonstrable track record of launching products end-to-end 

  • Proven experience owning product roadmap, strategy and definition  

  • Hands-on experience and working knowledge of Agile methodologies and development practices 

  • Well-rounded understanding of customer experiences, user journeys and user flows 

  • Skilled at creating best-in-class user stories and requirements documentation, communicating plans to technical and non-technical audiences throughout discovery and delivery processes  

  • Hands on knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud including Experience Platform (AEP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), Target, Adobe Commerce (aka Magento), and Analytics is preferred

  • Aurora, MySQL, DynamoDB 

Amazon AWS  

  • Lambda, RDS, SQS, SNS, Elastic Cache, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM, Cloud Watch, VPC, Cloud Formation  

Programing Languages 

  • JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, SQL

  • Rest, Microservices

Pay Range:

$159,300 - $184,700
