A Brief Overview
As the Director, Leadership and Organizational Development, you will be a key member of our Human Resources and Talent Management team, responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the global Leadership and Organizational Development function. You will lead the strategy, design, development and implementation of programs and initiatives aligned to the TriNet Leadership Profile and One TriNet culture. Your primary focus will be on leading the team that is empowering leaders, building capabilities, and driving programs that enhance employee engagement, organizational team effectiveness and leadership performance. Your strategic acumen, leadership skills, and ability to coach talent will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and learning-oriented organization that drives business success. You and your team will collaborate with leaders, HR partners, external faculty and bring expertise for creative leadership development solutions.
What you will do
- Leadership Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Leadership Programs: Design and deliver leadership development programs that equip leaders with the skills and competencies required for success.
- Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational development, productivity, and employee engagement. This includes teambuilding, organizational diagnostic work, and change initiatives.
- Talent Assessment: Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning initiatives.
- Learning and Development: Oversee the design and implementation of learning and development programs for all employees.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring support to leaders and high-potential employees to maximize their potential.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to improve performance management processes and foster a culture of feedback.
- Employee Engagement: Implement employee engagement surveys and analyze results to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Talent Retention: Identify opportunities to enhance employee retention and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide creative solutions for employee recognition, mobility and career pathing.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred preferred
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years Proven experience in leadership development, organizational development, or a similar senior-level role. preferred

- Strong understanding of leadership principles, talent management, and organizational effectiveness strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align talent development initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
