Job Details
Job Location: Posse National / New York - New York, NY 10005Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary/yearThe primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent the mission of the organization, maintain strong university partner relationships, manage the site’s budget, work closely with the local advisory board and the national development team to raise the annual budget, and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations. The Director must be a strong leader, highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic, willing to travel, a great communicator, hardworking, and a strong role model. The Director reports to the Regional Vice President.

Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience required
- Graduate degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong development skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong and inspiring leader
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of higher education structures and policy
- Knowledge of New York City public high schools
- Willing and able to travel
- Demonstrated belief in Posse’s mission and values
