The Global PMO & Operational Strategy Team is charged with the important role of facilitating progress by bringing teams together to organize, plan, communicate and deliver programs that advance company and departmental initiatives to enhance our Partner, Customer and Employee journeys.
Reporting directly to the COO, we are seeking an experienced Director PMO to provide strategic and tactical leadership direction for the global PMO Team. the selected candidate will take ownership and accountability for creating, organizing and implementing the strategies and business programs for Juice Plus+. This role will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring three (3) days in office work each week, due to the high level of collaboration and engagement needed. This is a global role with team members based in the US and Europe.
Responsibilities Include:
· Develops the vision, mission, and strategy for the SCM team, including a roadmap for PMO/SCM maturity and setting goals and KPIs to track progress.
· Designs and implements processes, policies, and best practices to ensure objectives are met.
· Directs and holds accountable the project management staff.
· Ensures projects are properly prioritize, assigned, and are completed on time and within budget.
· Partners with other department leaders to plan and execute projects and find solutions to roadblocks of progress.
· Management of risks including early identification, pre-escalation techniques and proper escalation when appropriate.
· Conducts frequent Steering Committee meetings and provides analysis, status updates and other metrics to senior management.
· Create opportunities for advancing the education and skills of PMO team members.
· Develop a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, post-project surveys and other methods of identifying and introducing improvement to processes.
· Build healthy and collaborative relationships with leadership across all departments developing a high level of trust and confidence.
Requirements
· 7 - 10 years of project management experience with proven ability to execute large projects according to scope, budget, and timeline
· 3-5 years of experience leading project management teams
· 3-5 years of people management experience
· Mastery of both agile and traditional frameworks for project management
· Demonstrated track record of building collaborative relationships with business leaders
· Experience collaborating globally across timelines and cultures
· Verbal or written comprehension of multiple languages is a plus
· Strong familiarity with tools and software applications that support project management and project portfolio management
· PMP or other related certification is preferred
