Job Purpose and Overview

The Director of Global Master Data Governance is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive data governance program across all master data objects ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of our global master data. This role will manage all organization-wide data governance activities, have responsibility for improving the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data, establish, and ensure adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies and standards both at the business and functional area level.

 

This role will have management responsibility for the North America and Latin America Master Data teams and dotted line responsibility for the Europe team with a global governance process for all teams. This Director will establish service level agreements (SLA’s) to measure, manage, and ensure timely responses to master data requests from the Dawn business.

 

The Director of Global Master Data Governance serves as a point of escalation for governance, data quality, and protection issues and will work closely with the business and functional area leads to improve the quality and value of our core master data.

 

Work Environment & Travel: This role is remote with requirements to be located in Eastern or Central time zones to support business needs across different time zones, specifically international, effectively. Up to 30% travel is required.
