In this role, you will work with clients and counsel across a wide range of industries, delivering clear financial analysis, damages assessments, dispute advisory work products in complex matters, and expert witness testimony as needed.

As a Director, you will:

  • Develop and review approaches to calculating or refuting damages in litigation matters, including the critique of opposing reports and related damages analyses

  • Manage multiple client relationships while communicating results, findings, and work product in a clear, practical, and timely manner

  • Participate at the leadership level in driving practice growth, expanding established and new client relationships, and helping scale the team’s operating model as demand grows

  • Mentor and develop professionals across the team by sharing knowledge, modeling analytical rigor, and supporting career growth through thoughtful delegation and review

  • Contribute to a culture grounded in mutual respect, collaboration, trust, accountability, and excellence while helping the team deliver strong client outcomes

  • Provide expert witness testimony

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another relevant business discipline as well as advanced degree and/or professional certification such as CPA, CFF or CFE

  • Minimum 10+ years of related forensic/audit experience to include prior expert witness testimony within a national/regional public accounting or professional services firm

  • Advanced forensic accounting, economic damages, litigation support, audit, public accounting, or corporate accounting experience, including the ability to manage complex client assignments in deadline-driven environments

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead teams, delegate work, review deliverables, and support multiple engagements with strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Demonstrated business development success, including experience expanding established client relationships and developing new opportunities

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; previous experience employing AI/BI systems strongly preferred

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, work independently or within a group, and travel as needed, expected to be less than 25%

What you can expect from us:

  • Our shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect

  • The opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you
