Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Financial Performance Management

  • Manage the Service revenue and associated profitability targets according to the annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Own pricing and delivery strategies for service contracts and billable work.

Customer relations

  • Set the example of strengthening the relationships and partnerships with customers. 
  • Invest significant time in directly meeting with customers, assessing customer satisfaction and needs, and translating those inputs into product and service offerings and solutions.

Sales & Service Coordination

  • Work with the commercial leadership team to initiate timely solutions for customer issues.
  • Promote teamwork within the service and sales organization to maximize opportunities for the growth of Revvity.

Operational Metrics & Policy Compliance

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve customer satisfaction and ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and documentation standards.
  • Foster a data-driven culture through operational feedback loops and effective policy implementation.
  • Identify and address service delivery gaps using Salesforce reports in collaboration with regional service managers.

People & Culture

  • Mentor and coach team members to strengthen leadership capabilities and financial acumen.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and provide actionable feedback.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by developing “Ready Now” individuals for critical leadership roles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary liaison for addressing service delivery challenges across departments.
  • Prepare high-level service reports for internal quality and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with data analytics to develop actionable reporting tools that support operational and financial goals.
  • Partner with technical support and factory teams to ensure successful deployment of new product introductions (NPIs).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ten years of leadership experience in field sales and/or service management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in full Microsoft Office Software and Tools. 
  • Ability to interpret financial reporting and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Power PI
  • Strategic hiring / interviewing skills

  • Presentation Skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel of up to 50% as necessary
