Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum five (5) years of management or leadership responsibility.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in the medical device or other highly regulated industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with AI-enabled facilities systems, predictive maintenance, ISO 50001, sustainability programs, and advanced analytics platforms.

Physical

Extended periods of computer use.
Extended periods of sitting, standing, or speaking.
Moderate lifting, up to 50 lbs.
May be required within the position to be in an environment that can include radiation exposure (such as in Cathlabs).
