It is a very exciting time of growth at Quisitive, and we are currently hiring a Director of Delivery Operations for our Customer Excellence team. This role will be instrumental in leading and supporting Quisitive’s delivery processes and tools, operational strategy, and insights and analytics, with the ultimate goal of enabling our delivery organization to operate efficiently and successfully.     

 This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa. 

What will my role entail?

The Director of Delivery Operations will report to and work directly with Quisitive’s Customer Excellence Executive VP (EVP) to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and leadership experience in delivery operations management within a consulting or technology services environment, preferably Microsoft-focused. Key responsibilities will include: 

• Partnering with the EVP to develop and execute strategic and operational management initiatives, ensuring alignment with company performance and profitability goals and objectives
• Acting as a trusted advisor and extension of the EVP, providing support in daily operations, communications, and special projects
• Collaborating with internal operations and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery operations
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the delivery organization and working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Managing and analyzing billability and forecasting metrics for delivery teams, ensuring targets are met and resources are efficiently utilized
• Developing, organizing and presenting Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for delivery leadership, providing insights and recommendations for efficiencies and improvements
• Designing and implementing dashboards to track and visualize key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the delivery organization
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on delivery performance, including risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations

What’s required to be successful in this role?
