About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Data and Analytics to lead a high-impact team within our Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics organization. This leader will play a critical role in driving data strategy, managing a globally distributed team, and delivering actionable insights that enhance client experience and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts and data engineers (primarily offshore) to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions.
• Own the analytics strategy and execution for one or more product areas, with an initial focus on Health Navigation, a rapidly growing and strategically important business line.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Technology teams to define KPIs, track performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the development and delivery of external-facing dashboards, reports, and insights through client portals and digital platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting assets.
• Collaborate with internal analytics teams (e.g., SLA reporting, operational analytics) to align on enterprise-wide data standards and best practices.
• Support large-scale data migrations and transformation initiatives, including a critical migration projects
• Contribute to talent development, coaching, and succession planning within the analytics team.
• Leading the data analytics team and develop plans that maximize return on investment for the company.
• Seeking out, validating, and bringing the technology organization innovative best practices emphasizing data Engineering and analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams, including offshore resources.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data solutions and insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment with evolving priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in external client-facing analytics or product analytics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
