 What you will doAs the Director, Accounting, you oversee the accounting and month end close for all balance sheet and expense accounts to provide accurate financial results to management in a timely manner and ensure all work is documented and reviewed in accordance with the Company’s Sarbanes Oxley controls. This role manages and is responsible for the development of the Accounts Payable and General Ledger accountants, as well as oversee cash management activities, including maintaining bank accounts, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring timely funding of business operations. In addition, this role works closely with auditors, prepares quarterly workpapers for the audit and SEC filings, and assists with the SEC filings.   What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting for finance required, CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting preferred; demonstrated expertise in managing month-end close processes, supervising accounting functions, and overseeing cash management activities will be considered
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Netsuite or Workday experience preferred
CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,500, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
