Dining Associate

Description

• Assist with meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that all meals are served on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Greet residents and take orders, ensuring that dietary needs and preferences are accommodated.
• Serve meals to residents in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed
• Clear tables and clean up dining areas after meals.
• Monitor and record food and beverage inventory, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Culinary Director.
• Assist with special events and catering as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
• Prior experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
