We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Product Manager to join our team and lead our digital transformation initiatives across all Altium production sites.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Program Manager to join our team, focusing on implementing highly available IOT data collection capabilities managing proactive, real-time software solutions for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle's SCM module, a strong understanding of digital twin technology, and AI applications within the manufacturing sector. This role requires a blend of IT application expertise and comprehensive business process knowledge to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing processes.

The Digital Transformation Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy with internal business partners and external solution partners. This role involves leveraging advanced technologies such as digital twins, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) to enhance manufacturing performance, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, infrastructure teams to ensure seamless implementation and continuous improvement of digital initiatives. The scope of responsibilities will include the transformation of production activities and the development over time of comprehensive enterprise-level insight across all Altium’s production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of highly available IOT data collection capabilities managing proactive, real-time software solutions for Altium’s manufacturing operations. 

  • Experience with collecting data from a PLC to data historian using multiple connection protocols.

  • Manage and optimize Oracle's Fusion ERP system to ensure seamless integration with manufacturing processes.

  • Develop and maintain digital twin models to enhance operational efficiency and predictive maintenance capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI applications that can improve manufacturing outcomes and drive innovation.

  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements through technology integration.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within all IT systems used in manufacturing operations.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve IT systems and processes.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for IT systems.

  • Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT roles within manufacturing environments.

  • Proven experience with implementing, or configuring Oracle's Fusion ERP system for manufacturing is required.

  • Strong knowledge of digital twin technology and its application in manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in manufacturing settings.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of business process management and improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP or related IT systems.

  • Experience with other ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).

  • Knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies.

  • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques.
