What You’ll Do:

As a business analytics consultant on our team, you’ll:

• Consult on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools in an enterprise IT transformation.

• Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques to data through a custom, proprietary Bento model.

• Apply leading-edge principles and analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.

• Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions using data from technical deep-dives, portfolio management data, technical architecture data, and end-to-end process feeding into a Bento model.

• Recommend appropriate performance measures to be produced, including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.

• Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members.

• Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for Navy HR data.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in consulting with the Federal government on technically complex, analytic projects

• 5+ years of experience with building or leveraging models to prioritize or sequence data based on variable input data

• 3+ years of experience with creating models or visuals of analytic data summarizing results

• Experience with leading analytic tasks of moderate size and complexity

• Experience with client-facing work or project consulting

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with leading analytic tasks related to enterprise, digital transformations

• Experience with building or leveraging models to prioritize or sequence data based on variable input data

• Ability to understand high-level system architectures

• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

• Master’s degree in an IT-related field

Clearance:
