We are currently hiring for two different roles within the security organization in Digital Technology. 

The Global Incident Response (GIR) team consists of three units: Triage, Incident Response and Incident Command. The intern will be on the Global Triage team which is responsible to provide continuous monitoring of correlated security event feeds and the appropriate triage and escalation in case of an identified security incident. Triage team is the primary contact for any suspected security incident and works together with the Incident Response team on resolving incidents and remediating threats across ServiceNow enterprise.

You will be joining the Triage team as an Information Security Analyst Intern monitoring the tools and systems that defend ServiceNow’s production and corporate environment. In this role you will:

  • Define relationships between seemingly unrelated events through deductive reasoning, come up with ways to do things faster, better and more effectively while maintaining a laser focus on quality.
  • Work on a geographically diverse team to respond to threats that may arise against our infrastructure, and track incidents to closure, working across functional teams.
  • Assist with the deployment, integration and initial configuration of new security solutions or enhancements to existing security solutions; including network, and systems to improve overall platform security.
  • Engage an escalation point of contact in the On-Call rotation, to ensure that Global Incident Response team can respond to priority incidents in a timely manner

 

ServiceNow is looking to expand its Threat Intelligence team with an Information Security Analyst intern. You will be responsible for assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting related to cyber threats. A successful intern will be customer-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality intelligence products that will impact the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring and analyzing cyber threat related and geopolitical events for impact on the business
  • Assist in processing open source and closed source intelligence reports.
  • Identify and tag threats in various open and closed sources
  • Support security incident response investigations by adding context to observed attacks.
  • Participate in Weekly Threat Intelligence Briefs detailing latest industry trends
  • Keep service delivery documentation updated an in line with
