We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy and Experience Lead to drive our global digital initiatives forward. This role will be responsible for developing and evolving our digital strategy, overseeing end-to-end execution, and championing personalization and marketing automation efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital design and delivery, experience in leading cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving continuous optimization and improvement.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, design and business strategy to create engaging digital experiences for our clients. Our team provides on-brand, differentiated value that fuels self-service and creates measurable growth opportunities for our sales teams.
What is the Digital Strategy and Experience Lead responsible for?
Develop and refine the digital strategy, roadmap, and priorities for web capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional needs.
Lead the development and maintenance of core digital capabilities, ensuring high-quality execution and reliability across platforms and technologies by partnering with Technology & Design.
Design and implement frameworks and tools to enable personalized experiences at scale, leveraging firmographics, behavior, and segment data to drive relevance and outcomes.
Develop and scale automated journeys to support client engagement across the lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing education and re-engagement.
Monitor performance across web and email journeys, leveraging insights and testing to improve content relevance, user experience, and conversion effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, distribution intelligence, FTT, and Marketing to align initiatives, integrate systems, and ensure cohesive execution.
Define KPIs, partner with data analysts to build dashboards, and report on the impact of digital efforts to stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and ongoing prioritization of high-impact work.
What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?
Strong background in digital marketing, with experience in developing and executing global digital strategies.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects forward.
Expertise in product management, delivering features in partnership with development and design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
