Job Description Summary:
The Digital Sales Support Specialist will execute Customer Service and Inside Sales tasks to support customers' transition to Digital Business.
This role communicates with external customers to help them achieve a digital relationship with Freudenberg-NOK.
The Digital Sales Support Specialist will promote Freudenberg-NOK to new and existing customers via product and service knowledge.
The role performs internal account management for all Digital Sales customers.
Promote digitalization to customers.
Act as a liaison by providing technical assistance to customers, involving basic application engineering when necessary or calling on other functions as needed to support effective execution.
Support Account Management for Digital Customers
New part set up, debit and credit memos, past dues, quoting nonstandard parts, revisions to orders, answering calls for digital customers, etc.
Utilize CRM and internal processes to adhere to business policies and facilitate the growth and success of the department.
Manage projects from start to finish with moderate direction; Autonomously establish a work plan with moderate input from the daily manager.
Responsible for continually growing product knowledge and digital sales skills.
Participate in product training as assigned; provide solution-driven responses to customer needs.
Internally, the role will interact with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Data Analytics.
Externally communicate with digital customers to help resolve any issues they are facing.
Qualifications:
Five years of Customer Service experience is required.
Internal Applicants: 6 months to a year in a customer service role, meeting all expectations set.
External Applicants: Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in an Account Representative type of role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
