Rockstar Games is seeking a Digital Production Designer to join our creative team on a temporary basis, to build and handle ongoing production work for game campaigns and various projects under the Rockstar Games umbrella. This role will be responsible for hands-on production design around the marketing of our products, as well as supporting art, digital, marketing and social media teams with the execution of digital ad campaigns, game launches and ongoing Rockstargames.com needs.

WHAT WE DO

• The marketing creative team works closely with our publishing department to deliver engaging, creative solutions to support some of the biggest innovative entertainment franchises in the world.
• The creative team is responsible for a wide range of mediums, including print, physical, experiential and digital. Projects will often include, key art design, merchandise, 360 advertising campaigns, digital and everything in between.
• Outside of the IPs, the creative team is also responsible for a variety of creative to support and enhance the brand and to help reinforce the brands identity and image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production design and revisions of brand and product materials, including, but not limited to, digital site assets, email, social media, and advertising assets for marketing campaigns.
• Create web-ready responsive image assets including slicing graphics, file naming, image compression, and optimization.
• Support asset creation for ongoing website updates.
• Build and maintain working files inside a collaborative file structure with layers properly organized and appropriately named.
• Handle basic design changes, such as color or text modifications and minor layout changes.
• Provide design quality assurance on creative deliverables ensuring final files are accurate and error free, including file construction and organization.
• Adhere to best practices through design and build that demonstrate an understanding of digital and media principles.
• Assist in constructing presentations for creative.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must have an excellent eye for design and typography.
• Attentive to small details and meticulous in execution.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of trends in web design and the digital space with the ability to discern applicable relevancies to our brand.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently when required.
• Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to clearly execute creative direction, bring new ideas to the team, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

PLUSES

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Knowledge of print production.
• An eye for photography, love of gaming, entertainment, and active social media.
