In this role, you will be operating digital equipment producing a variety of products for our customers, print material and signage.  You will be crossed trained on a vareity of equipment so you have the opportunity for variety of work and to move with order volume as needed.

QualificationsInternal Description

Assigned to specific equipment in the digital press area with the opportunity to be crossed trained on equipment in other areas of the operation.  Role will include setting up equipment, general maintenance, and meeting production standards related to output and quality.

You will also be crossed trained in multiple areas, learning how to run equipment and tasks in all departments so that you can be moved throughout the building based on need, workflow and order volumes.  

Responsibilities


Set up machines and equipment before production runs, ensuring that they are calibrated and functioning properly.
Monitor machines during production runs, checking for any issues or malfunctions and adjusting as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with machines and equipment and make repairs or escalate issues as necessary.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
Follow production schedules and workflows to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Record production data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and production management, to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards.
Continuously evaluate and improve machine operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of machines and equipment.
Perform primary task as well as other tasks assigned as business requires.

830am-530pm Monday through Friday


Wage range is $17-23 per hour, depending on digital equipment operation experience.
