What You'll Do

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social, paid search, and affiliate marketing campaigns across our portfolio. This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness across digital channels. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-performance campaigns aligned with business goals.

What You'll Be Working On:

Paid Media:

  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta  (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce and merchandising teams to ensure campaigns align with product launches, promotions and sales projections.
  • Support the execution of paid search campaigns on Google Ads, PMax, and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and campaign performance analysis.
  • Monitor and optimize budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Assist with additional, new, and emerging channels (display, CTV)

 

Affiliate Marketing:

  • Help manage affiliate network relationships and onboard new partners.
  • Track affiliate performance and provide insights to drive incremental growth.
  • Support promotional planning, commission structure updates, and partner communications.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and create reports with actionable insights through platform and Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track KPIs, conversion rates, and attribution data.
  • Ensure tracking tags and pixels are implemented correctly across channels.

Must Haves:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on paid social, paid search, and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and affiliate network platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.

 

Primary Location Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000<
