Applied Materials’ Global Services is searching for an intern to join our team in summer 2024. The Applied Global Services (AGS) marketing communications group creates internal and external social media communications, assets in support of divisional branding, video and design projects, content systems and division-wide communications platforms, and provides employee event management.

• Working with Comms team, you will help create internal employee videos for distribution on corporate channels.  Videos projects include editing videos, filming of events, creating onscreen text such as lower thirds, and more
• Create digital graphics such as presentations, banners, newsletters, etc.
• Assist with external-facing content updates
• Support divisional social media development
• Help track success metrics of programs

Requirements

• Student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Digital Arts or related Communications field
• Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency with one or more of Adobe Creative Suite, SmartSheet, MS PowerPoint, and Canva

Compensation

$28 per hour

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and education level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
