SUMMARY:
Responsible for oversight of the Lincoln Chrome and Khrome Werks B2B websites and creation of compelling digital and print content. This role involves maintaining website functionality and content, developing engaging marketing materials (flyers, catalogs, etc.), managing social media campaigns, and capturing high-quality photos for various marketing needs.
WAGE TYPE: Salaried; FLSA Exemption: Exempt.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver class-leading D2C shopping experience for our dealers
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure messaging is aligned with the brand identity and its customers
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience
• Upload and manage product listings, fitment data, blog posts, and other digital assets
• Troubleshoot and enhance website functionality
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Execute product launches across all sales channels
• Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media
• Design marketing materials such as flyers, catalogs, and banners for both print and digital use
• Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identify and marketing goals
• Capture and edit high-quality product and lifestyle photos for website and marketing materials
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social media and advertising campaigns
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets for marketing use

QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for the expected levels of education and experience required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related field; and/or two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Class 8 Truck and of American V-Twin Motorcycles.
Other Skills:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
- Proficiency in Work Press, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.
- Retail ecommerce experience, and third-party marketplace knowledge a plus.
