As a Digital Marketing intern, you will:

• Focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives to increase the company’s organic exposure on SERP (Search Engine Results Pages) on Google, Bing and Yahoo through the following tasks.
• Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords for the website or content.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize meta tags, headings, and content for targeted keywords.
• Content Optimization: Ensure content is valuable, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Competitor Analysis: Research competitors’ SEO strategies and performance
• SEO Reporting: Create regular reports on website performance and key metrics

Position Requirements

• Currently Pursuing a BS/MS in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Web Design, Communications, and Computer Science.
• Exposure to digital marketing, website content creation and website elements (components, meta description, tags)
• Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing metric terms (user, pageviews, bounce rate, etc.)
• Commit to a minimum of 8 weeks (the Program will be 8 to 10 weeks)
• Students graduating between Dec 2024 and May 2025 (preferred)
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in groups
• Ability to prioritize and set goals on shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

• Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and any SEO tool (SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, Moz)
• Google Analytics basic certification or other digital marketing course/credential/certification
• Exposure to or a basic understanding of the foundations of finance
