We are looking to add a Digital Designer to our team!

LOCATION : Fully Remote  

REPORTS TO: Director of Yourgi Marketing 

PAY: $65,000 - $85,000/ annually 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, mobile apps, email templates, banners, and social media graphics. 

• Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and align with the brand's vision. 

• Work closely with marketing teams to design and deliver engaging campaigns across various digital platforms. 

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure your work is modern and relevant. 

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. 

• Translate wireframes and prototypes into polished, professional designs. 

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 

• Create interactive and responsive designs that provide a seamless user experience on multiple devices. 

REQUIREMENTS:  

Education & Experience:  

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 

• 2+ years of professional experience in digital design or a related field. 

• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, XD, etc.). 

• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive design. 

• Experience with animation and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate) is a plus. 

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. 

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your digital design skills and creative approach. 

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. 

Skills:  

• Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or front-end development is a plus. 

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices. 

• Familiarity with brand marketing. 

• Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
