About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Content Librarian to join our Marketing Process & Transformation Office team and oversee the organization, governance, and optimization of our global content library. This position requires strong knowledge in Digital Asset Management (DAM) best practices, and the ability to leverage AI-driven workflows to enable large-scale, cloud-based content production.
As part of the Content Management team in our Marketing Process & Transformation Office, you will ensure our creative assets—spanning marketing, product, and customer-facing materials—are stored, tagged, and delivered efficiently across a secure, enterprise-grade cloud environment.
Key Responsibilitie
- Enterprise DAM Management
- Maintain digital assets (images, videos, creative files, metadata) across a cloud-first environment.
- Assist in defining and enforcing governance, enterprise metadata standards, taxonomy, and tagging to support global search, retrieval, and re-use.
- Business Analysis/Project Management

- Analyze business requirements, processes and create proposals for solutions in collaboration with technical product owner and technical team.
- Work with the Marketing business/end user community to achieve desired outcomes in DAM
- Ensure the system is providing the necessary support for processes and process optimization.
- Governance & Rights Management
- Implement DAM governance policies to ensure compliance with licensing agreements and digital rights management (DRM).
- Monitor asset lifecycle, ensuring proper version control, expiration tracking, and audit readiness.
- AI-Enabled Scaled Production
- Deploy and optimize AI capabilities—auto-tagging, intelligent cropping, content recognition—to accelerate content production and personalization at scale.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI into cloud-based workflows and content supply chains.
- Collaboration & Support
- Partner with creative, marketing, product, and IT teams to understand asset needs and streamline access in a secure, multi-region cloud ecosystem.
- Provide training, documentation, and best-practice guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualification
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale libraries in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets or similar.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles, metadata models, taxonomy design, and governance standards.
- Familiarity with rights management, licensing workflows, and enterprise security/compliance requirements.
- Exposure to AI-driven DAM features such as auto-tagging, machine learning search, or intelligent content recognition.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple DAM workstreams & projects.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially within technology-focused organizations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating AEM Assets with) and creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Workfront, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud-native content supply chains, CI/CD workflows, and API-driven integrations.
