Overview
The Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date product information for our Salesforce Commerce platform. This role involves cataloging products, updating existing listings, and optimizing product descriptions for search visibility. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in data management, and understand Digital Commerce operations.

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter product information, including specifications, pricing, and images, into E-Commerce Salesforce Commerce B2B.
- Monitor and update existing product listings for changes in price and other relevant details.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all product listings are accurate, consistent, and optimized for search.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging and visually appealing product pages.
- Conduct basic image editing tasks such as cropping, resizing, and retouching using Photoshop.
- Liaise with customer service and sales teams to answer queries related to product information.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree with a focus in related skills preferred
- English language fluency required (Spanish language Proficiency a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, digital commerce, or related role preferred
- Strong proficiency in computer skills with MS Office, specifically Excel
- Experience/exposure to online commerce platforms/stores is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of SEO preferred
- Familiarity with image editing software like Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work at our Itasca office four days a week
