Position Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the Vice President of eCommerce & Digital Experience. This role is critical in shaping the future of our Redbarn and Pawstruck brands by transforming data into actionable insights. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will focus on creating meaningful reports, generating insights, and driving measurable outcomes through data. You will also be responsible for developing, validating, and communicating digital KPIs that are essential to business operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders such as the Marketplace Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Manager, DTC National Account Manager, and Operations, as well as executive team leads. Your efforts will directly impact media planning, budgeting, strategy development, product assortment, pricing, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret complex data problems and structures, gathering requirements to develop tailored reporting and analysis solutions.
- Utilize business storytelling to provide insights, highlighting root causes and offering actionable solutions.
- Perform ad hoc data requests directly from the Data Warehouse or other source systems to generate critical business insights.
- Work independently with large datasets to synthesize, validate, and report key insights, identifying patterns and trends that drive business decisions.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on digital commerce and advertising analytics.
- internal and external datasets to form a consolidated view of brand health metrics and channel performance, supporting key marketing decisions.
- Analyze customer interaction behavior and channel performance to optimize outcomes.
- Lead and monitor brand strategy across multiple platforms and departments, providing data-driven recommendations to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and improve efficiencies.
- Analyze and assess performance drivers, generating insights for actionable business improvements.
- Customize dashboards and reports in collaboration with the internal business intelligence team.
- Monitor and audit metrics regularly to ensure quality and meet digital commerce & brand sales targets.
- Provide regular reports, including search term analysis, inventory analysis, media reports, ARA premium insights, and more.
- Support the VP of eCommerce on a variety of deliverables, including recaps, reports, presentations, and store analysis.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in data/business analytics and report preparation.
- 3+ years of experience in digital sales, advertising, or e-commerce environments.
- 3-5 years of experience working with data extraction, aggregation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Retailer platforms, Stackline).
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and basic SQL querying skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience with PowerBI/Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of eCommerce KPIs, including trade and media performance.
