We are looking for an intern to join our Digital Adoption & Education team to assist with the development of rich written and video content. The focus is the creation of self-help content for the various key SaaS applications Veracode uses.  

Key Aspects of the Role:

• Support the content and training initiatives of Service Center enterprise solutions 
• Understand training needs and working across multiple departments to meet end goals 
• Support developing content, scheduling, and working in a Learning Management System 
• Will work with business groups to define technical training needs for our major application systems 
• Support buildout of new Digital Adoption & Education curriculum  
• Organize and optimize Digital Adoption & Education user training documentation and video training modules. 
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Strong technical writer with experience using Youtube or other online platforms for recording and editing.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2023-May 2025.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) between May 31st- August 18th, 2023.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
