We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented problem-solver to help scale our revenue onboarding program using AI and automation. This role is perfect for someone who sees manual processes and thinks "there's a better way to do this." You'll be the operational backbone of our enablement team, ensuring onboarding and some other important enablement programs run smoothly while continuously finding smarter, more efficient ways to work. This is a very important role that will ensure smooth onboarding experiences, supports new hires and their managers, and helps maintain the quality and consistency of our onboarding experience. Additionally, the GTM Enablement Specialist may occasionally step into the role of facilitator, content creator, and owner of other Enablement programs (outside of onboarding) as required .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own program management: Coordinate onboarding cohorts, training sessions, and enablement events end-to-end—from scheduling to follow-up and everything in between
- Own and manage the logistics of the GLOBAL GTM Onboarding program
- Communicate with new hires and their managers on next steps & actions they need to take throughout their onboarding journey
- Keep onboarding materials and content up to date with the latest product information & key enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of onboarding content
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the onboarding program
- Step in as needed to run trainings for key sales enablement initiatives (new hires & in-seat reps)
- Create and update training content to support ongoing sales enablement initiatives
- Drive programs and projects related to sales enablement, ensuring alignment with overall business OKRs
- Build and manage automation for calendar scheduling, attendance tracking, certification completions, and program logistics for Global Onboarding and other Enablement Programs
- Program design and delivery - there will be opportunity to design and deliver programs in new and innovative ways leveraging advancement in technology and learning principles
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Gong is preferred
- Experience with data analysis and enablement reporting is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment, with the ability to adjust to new processes and priorities
- Proactivity: Takes initiative to identify and address potential issues before they become problems
- Customer Focus: Committed to delivering a positive onboarding experience for new hires to help drive their success at Gong
- 3 years in SaaS sales, customer success or Sales/Revenue Enablement is a bonus
- Hire must be in a Gong hub. Preferred location in Chicago, New York, San Francisco or Salt Lake offices

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,000 - $125,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location.
