The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
You will report to the Associate Director of Business Intelligence.

The Senior Finance Business Intelligence Engineer position responsibilities include:

• Support internal specialty team with data analytics and reports.

• Manage relationship with venders providing specialty care for specific medical conditions.

• Transform monthly payer financial data into standardized accounting format.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 or more years of experience·

• Advanced in SQL Query Development

• Advanced in Power BI report development (i.e., DAX, bookmarks, and data modeling)

• Familiarity with healthcare financial data or claims.

• Prior experience creating analytics solutions for several healthcare sectors

• Analyze data to solve several business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction

• Communicate updates and resolutions to customers, partners, senior leadership.
